Stay in the Game! Network
A public-private partnership focused on dramatically reducing chronic absenteeism across Ohio. The network mobilizes districts, professional sports organizations, research partners, and community groups to remove barriers to attendance, apply evidence-based interventions, and build district capacity.
Lead partners include the Cleveland Browns Foundation, Ohio Department of Education & Workforce, and Proving Ground (an initiative of Harvard University’s Center for Education Policy Research). Battelle Education serves as the network backbone—coordinating operations, convening partners, and ensuring continuous improvement through data analytics.
Result: Member schools reduced chronic absenteeism by 4+ points in two years.
STEMx Network
A national coalition of statewide STEM organizations that connects leaders to accelerate innovation in K-12 education and workforce development. Through cross-state collaboration, STEMx helps members launch, scale, and sustain networks, policies, and programs.
