Gina Wilson

Gina Wilson serves as an Implementation Manager and Team Lead for the Stay in the Game! Attendance Network (SITG!), a statewide initiative managed by Battelle focused on improving student attendance and reducing chronic absenteeism across Ohio. In her role, Gina supports schools and districts through attendance data analysis, implementation planning, and ongoing coaching – helping teams translate data into action and align best practices to sustainable attendance systems.
With leadership experience spanning K–12 and early childhood settings, Gina brings a systems-level approach to attendance improvement. Her work focuses on strengthening school-based practices, supporting at-risk and vulnerable student populations, and partnering with community organizations and local partners to reduce barriers to student engagement.
