Heather Sherman

Heather leads STEMx, a national network of state STEM leaders managed by Battelle, advancing high quality STEM education as both a workforce and equity imperative. A connector and problem solver, she brings more than a decade of experience building coalitions, elevating state networks, and convening partners to make STEM a national priority. Previously, she led the Ohio STEM Learning Network, where she managed flagship initiatives that turn community needs and industry partnerships into authentic learning for students and educators.
