Kat Vaughan
Kat serves as the Implementation Specialist for Stay In the Game! member school districts across Ohio. She partners with districts to reduce chronic absenteeism through proactive outreach, data analysis, professional development, and strategic intervention support. Kat facilitates the sharing of best practices and co-develops district facing tools to drive continuous improvement. She focuses her work on sustainable practices within the Stay In the Game! team and member districts including data integration tools, meeting and professional development templates, root cause analysis resources and tracking systems for efficacy.
