  • Driving collective impact. As director of the Ohio STEM Learning Network from 2021 to 2025, Kelly built an internal team and external team of regional hubs that tripled the networks’ annual reach from 319 schools and districts to 1,021 schools and districts as well as dramatically increased the number of students annually impacted from 38,000 to over 349,000 students
  • Building consensus across diverse groups of stakeholders. Kelly routinely manages groups of diverse stakeholders to build consensus to accelerate systemic change
  • Leading teams to design comprehensive and aligned support systems for change. From the launch of a statewide Summit, to re-imagining how to partner with industry statewide to bring authentic learning to students across the State, Kelly excels at aligning programming and systems to the state’s framework for STEM Education and supporting schools in their journey to implement high quality STEM whether just getting started or pursuing state STEM Designation
